In reply to: [Date Picker in List Fields for Gravity Forms] Can’t expand field optionsSpecifically if I add a product field and then a quantity field it makes the product field unable to expand the options. I’ve seen it happen in other situations, but at the time I didn’t realize it was this plugin causing the problem so I’m not sure what those other instances are right now.

In reply to: [Code Snippets] Multisite install brokenGuessing I’m running in to the same problem. I get the error “An error occurred when saving the snippet.” Only happens if I try to activate the snippet for the network in multisite install. The same snippet will save and work just fine if I activate it for an individual site within the multisite.
As mentioned above an error would be helpful.
Since you are using TLS and port 587 make sure you are authenticating with a valid Office 365 account that has a mailbox via username (full email) and password. The From address must match the authenticating email address. Those are the requirements for Office 365 if you go with that method. For more information see option 1 here:

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Delayed Capture did not chargeThank you Mike. Hopefully things will be better with 2.0+. I will pass the word to management here.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Delayed capture does not produce error over 6 daysI assume you mean what version of WooCommerce Square? I believe the version at the time of this transaction was likely 1.0.35 as I intentionally did not upgrade for several months this year due to a tax bug with WooCommerce Services. I was hesitant to upgrade any plugins related to WooCommerce until I thought that bug was addressed.
Sorry, but I don’t have a test Square account and I can’t really test with the live account repeatedly. Appreciate your responses.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Delayed Capture did not chargeKeep in mind we’ve never had a problem with Square before. The only other problem is because we went over the 6 day window of when you can do a capture. Out of 101 orders this is the only time we’ve seen this happen.
To me the real problem is that the plugin does not handle errors well at all. As I mentioned above this order shows it was cancelled on Square the same minute the order was placed. We see no indication of that on the order in WooCommerce. Additionally, when we tried to complete the charge Square obviously denied it because the sale had been cancelled on their end and so we no longer had a valid authorization. That also should have produced an error in WooCommerce. If it had we would not have fulfilled the order and shipped the goods. At this point we have no reasonable recourse. The order has been shipped and we have no payment.
I complained about this previously in this thread where someone marked the case resolved without saying a word. I can tell you it’s not resolved because this is now another instance where an error should have been produced so you know it didn’t work right.

I did a test order just this morning and it worked fine. I don’t really want to keep placing test orders and refunding them in the hope that it fails. Please improve the error handling and show us if Square returns a failure from their API.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Delayed Capture did not chargeActually I just figured out some more information. When I login to the Square Dashboard I do not see that transaction on that day. However, if I go to Reports and look at Transaction Status I can see that order shows it was cancelled the same minute the order was placed and authorized. Square shows no other information. I opened a ticket with Square today and they said they can’t see anything if it was done through a partner app and that’s what this was considered.
In terms of the version I know how to check the current version. What I meant was I don’t know what version I was on before I updated over the weekend. I can tell you this order was started and completed on the same version. I believe that version was likely 1.0.35. Over the weekend (after this order occurred) I updated to 1.0.38

In reply to: [WP Store Locator] Can’t click on “Opening Hours” or “Additional Information”And just to be clear it does work as expected if I disable the “WP Google Maps” plugin. I confirmed this on a staging site. I’m currently using “WP Google Maps” for another purpose on another page. I’ll need to find suitable replacement before I permanently disable it on the live site unless you think you can fix the conflict.

In reply to: [WP Store Locator] Can’t click on “Opening Hours” or “Additional Information”This is the error:
Directions Service: This API key is not authorized to use this service or API.
Compatibility Mode seems to make it worse. With it enabled it will not draw the map at all and produces this console error:
Uncaught ReferenceError: google is not defined

In reply to: [WP Store Locator] Can’t click on “Opening Hours” or “Additional Information”I also can’t click on “Opening Hours” or “Additional Information”. Also, the preview map doesn’t work when editing a store. For me this is broken because I also have the “WP Google Maps” plugin installed. I use “WP Google Maps” for showing our store location. I use this plugin to display all the retail outlets that carry our brand.
Now that I’ve discovered this plugin conflict maybe I’ll have to see if I can use this plugin to do both. I might be able to get the result I want if I use the shortcode options to customize it a bit. Not sure yet…
