Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Start page on website do not workHeya @simoneastockholm,
I hope everything is going well! It went to take a look at your site, but it looks like maintenance mode is on. I’m wondering if your theme is not respecting the page that you’re setting in the “Home Page Settings” in the customizer. I think a good place to start testing this would be to make a backup of your site, this can usually be done with your host or through a plugin. Then, I would try switching to a default WordPress theme like TwentyTwenty and setting the home page and seeing if that works.
If that doesn’t I would say try disabling all your plugins and seeing if that resolves your issue. If it does re-enable them one by one until you find the culprit. Then you will want to write the support team of the theme or plugin that is causing the issue.
I hope this helps get you pointed in the right direction.
Thanks,

In reply to: Published post not showing up on some platformsHeya @eamidgett,
I’d like to help get you pointed in the right direction to get this issue sorted, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to replicate the issue on my laptop. Would you mind to provide a bit more information on the issue though? I’m having trouble fully understanding what’s happening. Is the issue happening when users visit your site? Can they not see the post once they get to your site? If that’s the case it sounds like it might be a theme issue. The best way to test this would be to make a site backup, this can usually be done on your host’s site or through a plugin. Then switch to a default WordPress theme and see if the issue is still happening. If it is, I would say to try deactivating plugins one by one until you find the culprit.
Thanks,

Hi,
I’m really sorry you’re seeing this issue. We want to help get this issue resolved. I wasn’t able to replicate the issue on my local install. Would you mind to submit a ticket to our support team(https://ninjaforms.com/contact/). We will need to take a deeper look at what might be going on.
Thanks,
KennyHi,
I’m really sorry you’re having this issue. Could you temporarily disable all other add-ons except Ninja Forms and any Ninja Forms add-ons that you have and switch to a default WordPress theme like TwentySixteen?
If your still having this issue after disabling other plugins and switching to a default theme, would you mind to put a support ticket on our site: https://ninjaforms.com/contact/
Thanks,
KennyHey Teerata,
I’m sorry you’re having this issue. I tried to reproduce this issue locally, but unfortunately I was unable to do so. Would you mind to try disabling all other plugins except Ninja Forms and Ninja Forms add-ons, then switch to a default WordPress Theme like “TwentySeventeen” and retest your form?
If you’re still seeing the issue after that, would you mind you mind to open a support ticket with our team over at(https://ninjaforms.com/contact/), as we may need more details about your site and do not want to exchange that information publicly.
Thanks,
KennyHey Sneakz,
I’m so sorry to hear you are experiencing this. I just tried to reproduce this on my own installs and wasn’t able to do so. We want to help you get to the bottom of this so here are some things that should help you track it down.?
– Try deactivating all your plugins that are not for Ninja Forms and switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Sixteen. If your issue goes away there was a conflict with one of these. Reactivate them one at a time until the issue returns and that will tell you exactly what the issue was.
– After you have tested with other plugins temporarily disabled and on a default WordPress theme like Twenty Seventeen, if you are still seeing the issue, please submit a support request to our team(https://ninjaforms.com/contact).
Thanks,
Kenny
WP Ninjas LLCHey @deeveedee,
I was unable to replicate the issue with the code. Here is the custom plugins I created if you’d like to take a look at it(https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_bF3V9Cefm6NVVfeWVaQmFISTQ/view?usp=sharing).
Would you mind looking over this and letting me know if it works on your install? It’s the exact same code from the developer docs. I think we need to do a better job of explaining that the two code snippets can’t be in the same file because we are running a class that is abstracted from and is dependent on the data ninja forms being loaded, before we start running the merge tag class. I hope that makes sense.
As for your other question, I think the best place to get help would be from our developer slack community. Our slack community a group moderated by our developers where you can ask questions and they(or other members of the community) will do their best to help you out. We try to make sure everyone gets the help they are looking for, but I cannot guarantee you’ll always get an answer.

WP Ninjas LLCHey Funhouse,
Unfortunately we do not support below IE 11. I tried to view your forms to see what the issue might be, but because you need to be logged into your site to the forms I wasn’t able to see them.
We would love to help you find a resolution for your issue, but it might require us logging into your site, could you submit an issue to our support team over at(https://ninjaforms.com/contact/). They will be able to the data we need to help you there.
Thanks,
Kenny
WP Ninjas, LLCHey Enis,
Kevin has merged your Pull Request. It will be a part of the next release. I’ll check back in with you after the next release to see if that resolves your issue.
Thanks,
Kenny

In reply to: [Ninja Forms - The Contact Form Builder That Grows With You] Submission HooksHey Mike,
I’m sorry you’re having this issue. The field key should be available in the form data. If you not being able to get access to it, this may not be the best place for the type of question. If your still having this issue after disabling other plugins and switching to a default theme, please submit a ticket our support team(https://ninjaforms.com/contact/). We will need information that we can not collect via a public support form.

WP Ninjas, LLCHey DarkPollo,
Thank you for reporting this bug, unfortunately this is a known issue that had been closed on our Github. I have re-opened the bug and marked it as an important bug. Our development team will look into the issue and fix it in a future version of Ninja Forms Core.
Thanks,
Kenny
