After waiting and waiting and not getting any sort of response… I began to play around with the dashboard.

I deactivated all my plug ins and one by one, I had re-activated them and found that it was one of my plug-ins which was blocking something… and now my site works… hopefully thats the problem with yours too! ?? good luck

I’ve run into this same problem, along with some other functions not operating.

Okay, so I am not the only one. For this past week I’ve been thinking I’m crazy… of course it happen the week I plan to launch my site! ??

It resolved itself – apparently magic was on my side.

Is there an option/way to do so?
I was under the assumption that permalinks are… permanent.
