In reply to: [Klaviyo] Outdated API Version?Yes – 3.3.5 should definitely be all set. If you aren’t on a free plan, would you mind creating a ticket with our support team asking them to take a look at your account and confirm that you don’t need to do anything? I have a feeling you might have another integration that is making old calls (not one of the Klaviyo integrations that are in your integration setup but maybe you are working with a different 3rd party).
If you are on a free plan, I’d recommend following these steps to download your API usage report to see whether you are making any v1/v2 calls: https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/audit_your_klaviyo_api_usage. You’ll be looking for any /v1 /v2 /track or /identify calls. Also keep in mind that the report goes back 14 days so if you upgraded your WooCommerce integration recently, you might want to wait until 14 days later to run the report.

Would you mind creating a ticket with our support team so we can ask a few more questions and work with you to get the error resolved? You can follow this guide to make the ticket.
Also if you wouldn’t mind sharing your Klaviyo public IP key (you can find it here), I’ll use that to find your ticket and get it escalated. Alternatively you could share your ticket id if that is easier.

In Klaviyo for a single account you can only connect to a single type of integration. For example in your case you can only have 1 WooCommerce/Wordpress integration (but you could also have a Facebook integration or some other integration). Typically if you have a Sandbox environment in WordPress, you’d want to make a separate Klaviyo account (free tier) and connect that. That way you’d have 2 Klaviyo accounts that mirror your WordPress accounts – your production account and then your sandbox account. You can even mark your sandbox account as a test account in Klaviyo if you want a visual indicator.
If you are interested, here are some details about managing multiple accounts.
What it sounds like happened to you is that you had your main production account connected to your Klaviyo account. Then someone connected your WordPress Sandbox account also to Klaviyo and that overwrote your production account. Sounds like you already did this but I’d recommend unconnecting your Sandbox account and reconnecting your production account and then re-running your Historical sync.

Our webhooks are focused on order updates and product updates. When there are order updates we will sync over the subscriber information but an isolated subscriber change will not cause any immediate updates in Klaviyo.

In reply to: [Klaviyo] Behavior when customer updates email address?Hi there – Our native WordPress integration is through WooCommerce so it syncs WooCommerce orders and products. We can also sync subscribers (phone and email) through checkout. You could also add a Klaviyo form and get subscribers through that.
If you are looking to do something with just WordPress and not WooCommerce, we don’t have any integrations that we built ourselves but we have a whole host of APIs that could be used here if you wanted to develop something yourself. Or you could take a look at our agency partners and integration partners here.
