In reply to: [Klaviyo] WordPress settings?Hi @eibihp
The “disable configuration warning” setting allows you to hide the notification that warns you if your Public API Key setting is blank. You can view the warning by removing the input value in the Public API Key setting and also unchecking the “Disable Configuration Warning” checkbox. Then navigate to another page within your WordPress admin. I would recommend leaving this box unchecked to notify you if for some reason the Public API Key setting is removed.
There is not a method by which to have the checkbox selected by default. A user must check the box in order to be added to the list.

In reply to: [Klaviyo] WordPress settings?Hi @eibihp
To remove the checkbox at checkout you can remove the List ID from the input field and save your Klaviyo plugin settings.

In reply to: [Klaviyo] Dependency not availableHi @eibihp
Thanks for following up. Taking a look at your site again, it doesn’t appear that Klaviyo’s scripts are loading at all. Typically, even with WP Rocket, there will still be a dns-prefetch for static.klaviyo.com. I do not see this element in your site.
Are you using any other site speed (or related) plugins on your site?
Taking a step back to go over the basics, have you activated the plugin and added your Public Klaviyo API key in the settings form?
At this point I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team directly following the instructions here so we can work more closely with you.

In reply to: [Klaviyo] Dependency not availableHi @eibihp
Thank you for that additional information. I notice that you’re using the WP Rocket plugin. In order for Klaviyo’s external scripts to load properly you’ll need to exclude those files from WP Rocket’s file concatenation functionality. Please add the following two lines to the Excluded Javascript Files setting in WP Rocket:
static.klaviyo.com
/wp-content/plugins/klaviyo/(.*).jsBest,

In reply to: [Klaviyo] Creating dynamic CouponsHi @ttousif
Thanks for reaching out. Klaviyo doesn’t currently support dynamic coupons with Woocommerce. You can however generate coupons in your Woocommerce store and then upload them to Klaviyo following the instructions here. You can then send those codes through a flow triggered on the list to which your customers are subscribing.
Please note, the ability to upload coupons is not available in your account by default. There is a link in that Help Center article that will allow you request the feature from our Support Team.

In reply to: [Klaviyo] Relocating the checkbox in checkoutHi @rhansen90
Thanks for reaching out. Klaviyo’s plugin uses the ‘woocommerce_after_checkout_billing_form’ hook to add the custom checkbox. This choice is intentional to add the checkbox as close as possible to the email field because you are capturing a customers consent to receive marketing emails. By default, Woocommerce adds the email field last however this can be adjusted in theme files so your email field may not be the final field in the billing address form.
Klaviyo’s plugin does not currently provide the option to adjust where this field is added. While it’s possible to make these changes to either your theme files or to Klaviyo’s plugin files we cannot provide support on these customizations.
Don’t hesitate to follow up if you have any further questions.

In reply to: [Klaviyo] Compatibility issues causing a mess.Hi @mvincik
Thanks so much for following up. The logic utilized to send an Abandoned Cart email is contained in Klaviyo’s Flows feature within Klaviyo and not the plugin . This would indicate that your Klaviyo account is not receiving the Placed Order events as expected. We’ll be happy to troubleshoot this further. If you were able to reach out to our Support Team can you please provide me with the ticket number?
