Could you review to make sure JavaScript required for Klarna Payments for WooCommerce is not optimized, per: https://docs.krokedil.com/klarna-payments-for-woocommerce/get-started/introduction/#optimizing-your-checkout
as I can confirm from Klarna logs that the authorization callback is called from Klarna, but the Woo redirect requires JavaScript to complete successfully.
There was a problem earlier today that has been fixed by Klarna. Can you retry to see if this is hopefully working better now?

I can empathize for your frustrations. The minimum required width is necessary to support the appropriate display of the Klarna Payment product information. Great to hear that you found a solution that works for you to integrate Klarna still!
To also add for reference, the requirement of 280px minimum width for the container for the Klarna Payments iframe is documented at: https://docs.klarna.com/klarna-payments/integrate-with-klarna-payments/step-2-check-out/

In reply to: [Klarna for WooCommerce] Klarna not showing at checkoutMarking this topic as resolved, as Klarna shows recent successful (KCO) orders for the merchant_id for this store (correlation_id:?62656889-5fe9-43d1-9b62-8944a237c671 / timestamp:?2023-06-22T11:15:41.936Z).
The merchant_id is configured for either KCO or KP though, so KP should also be able to work.

Please also note that Klarna logs show errors for Klarna Checkout API calls. As this Klarna account (K1026682) is configured for Klarna Payments, not Klarna Checkout, please use the Woo Klarna Payments plugin instead (https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/klarna-payments/) instead of the Woo Klarna Checkout plugin (https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/klarna-checkout/)

Please contact Klarna merchant support (https://klarna.com/merchant-support) as this Klarna account (K1026682) is not yet active, and that is why the API calls are getting the 401 error, per: https://docs.krokedil.com/article/274-klarna-payments-error-codesAlso, yes, the Woo Klarna plugin settings are stored in the store’s Woo database.

I’m not yet able to recreate the problem on your site, but I also didn’t attempt to complete the order. Can you provide more details on the steps to recreate the problem when exactly the “Something went wrong” error is displayed?That error is similar to https://docs.krokedil.com/article/287-klarna-checkout-faq#h-H2_6, but in the Klarna logs I don’t see that orders are getting to the buy-button-clicked step, which would happen if the timeout for the client side JavaScript validate event was a problem.
If customers are not able to complete orders on your store, you can also get dedicated support (likely will require sharing more store specific information) via [email protected]

With the latest Woo KP plugin release version 2.4.0 (https://github.com/krokedil/klarna-payments-for-woocommerce/releases/tag/2.4.0), some color configuration settings were removed, as those removed color customization settings aren’t supported by Klarna Payments, per: https://developers.klarna.com/documentation/klarna-payments/additional-features/#customizing-the-klarna-formCould you try re-saving your Woo Klarna Payments settings in your Woo admin to see if this could help resolve the error possibly?
