The bottom gallery was the last added and causing the issue, called VRF. Clicking on the image brings you to a new gallery page but if you click on the image that was used as the link it also opens the gallery page again rather then a lightbox.

@drtonyb or @webagent05 Did either of you come up with a fix or an alternate version? The plugin is completing breaking the site. I went back to previous versions and still no luck. I had done a lot of customization to the css to get this the way a client needed and I can’t find something else that has the same features. Any luck?

PS: I forgot to mention this is only in the plugin area. If I go to dashboard>update and select mulitple plugins this does not happen.

There are no errors displaying at all. I turned all the error messages. Just a blank white page.

Yes, I know. But we had a custom widget area for each page. I think i discovered part of the issue, the customer put in a BStinyMCE for each image, so if they had 5 images they put 5 BStinyMCE in the sidebar (yes, i know couldn’t believe it either). I am having them fix that and they will see if the issue continues. I doubt it will. What i originally thought there was 25 BStinyMCE, there was actually closer to 125. I will get back in touch if the issue continues.

Sorry to jump in but I was having the same issue. It was a conflict between wordfence and SEO Ultimate. so @gaffer.wiles if you have it, just deactivating and see if it fixes the issue.

@daniel Huesken I installed the rc version still receiving errors.
ERROR: WP Export file could not be written.

I disable all other plugins, but still no luck. Anything else to try?

I tried increasing the max execution time and received this error:
ERROR: Could not generate a WordPress export file.

I am having this issue too, on a few installations.

I use Chrome and had the issue with the link/unlink buttons.

@mrpacdan – No I haven’t had any crashing issues.

@josh – Nextgen adds only an “Attach to post button” it has nothing at all about linking or unlinking. It is just when the nextgen is activated the linking and unlinking button are greyed out. When I deactivate the nextgen then the linking and unlinking button once again work. Hope that answers your question.

I apologize for jumping into this, but I have noticed the same issue. The only plugin that I have that is the same as yours is nexgen gallery. I deactivated it and the link/unlink button started working again. So some how this is connected. Any resolutions?
