I figured out my own issue. When I updated WP or the plugin the subscribers where all set to a “!” status. I selected them all and confirmed all the subscribers and my latest post was sent successfully.

Could be similar to my issue, did you upgrade your WP to 3.0.5? My e-mails have stopped all of a sudden and I’m hosting with SliceHost.

I never got a response. I ended up getting Subscribe2 installed which works for me after I installed the Subscribe2 hack fix first.
