I didn’t solve the problem. The Woocommerce Stripe page still gets “No account connected via WooCommerce Services.”
You may try to create a test product and try it on live or test payment. If it doesn’t go through, try to re-enter the APIs and web-hook.
As the Woocommerce team mentioned the error message shouldn’t affect the Stripe plugin.

As long as your Stripe API keys have been saved, and you’ve added the webhook to your Stripe account, there isn’t anything more needed.
This message about WooCommerce Services is confusing and we are tracking how to amend this messaging for users such as yourself in our GitHub repository.
This notice at the top is related to a new feature we have in WooCommerce Services and using the Stripe account creation in there rather than the manual process you are used to.
So, as long as you have WooCommerce and the active, and followed the manual set up listed in the Stripe Payment Gateway Documentation, everything will work.

This is what they responded to my support ticket on Woocommerce support.

Exactly, the live & test orders work fine. I was curious on the error message cause it’s related to payment.

It has been confirmed by Woocommerce team that it is a new function in Woocommerce Service which they are working on solving this.
I’ve tried anything I can do, e.g. remove the plugins, re-enter the APIs, webhook, live keys and test keys.

I tried to re-enter the API & webhook, with no success.
