私も同じ問題に出くわしました。

開発者さんが単純にファイル指定ミスをしているようです。
【誤】
https://idea-hack.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-for-japan/includes/views/css/admin-jp4wc.css
【正】
https://idea-hack.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-for-japan/includes/admin/views/css/admin-jp4wc.css

管理画面のCSSなので、次期リリース待てば良いと思います。
サービスに影響が出る領域ではないと思われるので???(開発者本人ではないので???保証はしませんが???)

また、私はマルチサイトで運用してますが、
サブサイトで有効した時のファイルパスが
https://idea-hack.com/factory/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-for-japan/includes/views/css/admin-jp4wc.css?ver=2.2.11
でした
ソース拝見してないので、憶測で申し訳ございませんが
home_url()
を使っていませんか？

plugin_dir_url( __FILE__ )

や

site_url()

など使って頂かないと、マルチサイトの時のファイルディレクトリに支障が出ますので、ご対応いただけると幸いです。

いつも大変お世話になり、助かっております。
無料で利用させていただいておいて恐縮なので、一応調査だけさせていただきました。

Unfortunately, the issue is not resolved by latest version(2.5.9)

I also commented on github more specifically.

I am sorry for late reply to you, I have been working for future development of this plugin.

I will add more beautiful designed blocks weekly base. So if you have an issue again, please notify me.

Thank you for your feed back. I updated plugin to version 1.1.1.
As a result, this bug was not plugin issue, but core function issue.
Css style property isn’t working properly.
So, I made an adjustment in my plugin.
Also, default feature doesn’t support responsive column, so I added the feature too.

You need to activate these options on option panel
Please look at /wp-admin/admin.php?page=ultimate_gutenberg&tab=2
The explanation is a bit hard to understand, I will make a better on next release.

As you know, this is a bug. I haven’t listed up 2columns block compatibility in debug test lists. I will fix it as soon as possible, and will notify you.
