• If you expect someone can help you in timely manner, Sendinblue is not a choice. I had spent the whole day with them raising tickets and waiting for their reply. There is no phone number to call (they said it’s only available for the most premium package). They can stop replying you for 5 hours in US working hour, weekday.

    This was a terrible experience. Super slow customer support. My whole day was completed wasted.

    The only good part is that they are willing to refund my money.
