No, I had not seen your answer. That seems very strange. I certainly did not realise a sticky post had to be on the front page.

Thank you, but I had already done both of those steps and it is not working. The sticky post is still showing up after another one that has a more recent date and is not sticky.

My apologies, I have worked out what I was doing wrong and it is all working perfectly now.

I’ve just put that code in my functions.php file and it is not working. I am still able to download a pdf if I cut and paste the link directly into a browser. I have the download set up properly and the download link is blocked successfully, but not the attached PDF file.

e.g. https://website/download/6474/ is blocked but the link to the PDF is not.

This important, please help.

Thanks. The temporary solution didn’t work.

It turned out to be a server configuration issue that I didn’t have permission to change. My provider has fixed it for me now.

I get the warning displayed on the ‘Test Email’ tab of the plugin settings. It also comes up on the web page that triggers sending an email (a form).

No emails are getting delivered.

And sorry, I should have mentioned that the webhost.geekgoddesswebhosting.com is the server where my website is hosted, so yes, I know it.

Sorry I didn’t see this earlier, for some reason your answers didn’t come through to me.

Yes, I had a table in the popup content and yes, the table was using the DataTables JS library. However, that was a mistake – I had copied the table across from another site and forgotten to turn the Datatables feature off – I actually don’t need it in this table.

So, I’ve now turned it off and the popup is working – I’m delighted.

I also have this problem. If I include a radio button field in a directory, the heading shows, but no data for that field.

If it used to work, can you please update the latest version of the plugin to fix it or provide some code that I can put in to fix it?

I really need this to work asap.
