Is there a way that you could check why it isn’t working on my site now? The only update I did was for your plugin, so something is off for me now. I’m not well versed with these things, so I’m stuck.

The add-ons were working last night. The only plugin that I updated is yours. Can you double check?

Looks like they haven’t. I’m not using the newest Woocommerce yet, so I’m on the update from before this newest one. I was hoping to wait to see if they had any bumps in the road first. Could that be the problem?

It is the shipping address that my customer adds in Woocommerce. Right now when I print labels through PayPal, it is using the shipping address, but grabs the person’s name from the billing address instead of the shipping address.

Change to the official Woocommerce Paypal plugin. That fixed my problems. I never see anyone answer here anymore.

I had to switch plugins. I was never able to get this one to work right with subscription products on my site, so I changed to this plugin: “WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway” by Woocommerce. It is free, easy to set up, works perfectly with both subscriptions and simple products, and they are available to help you.

I had trouble with this plugin and had to change to a different one that is free via Woocommerce: WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway. That fixed my problems.

I was hesitant to use it because of the reviews, but it worked great for both my sites. Woocommerce is really fast about answering tickets – they even helped me with code via live chat. I’d reach out to them if you have trouble with their plugin.
