    Their support is not very user friendly. You have to login. Have you created an account with Thinkup Themes by purchasing a theme? If not, you won’t get any help. Even if you have created an account, you still might not be able to get the support page.
    I could login to my thinkup themes account, see my purchase and order history, but STILL could not get to the support page. And the only help you will get from Thinkup Themes is “Make sure you are logged in :-)” or “Create a ticket on the support page :-)”
    If you have a specific problem, you are much more likely to find the answer in some other forum or through your own research.

    What is the support link, please?

    When I am on the Thinkupthemes website I keep getting 404 when I try to click on the Support center, or it just takes me to my account page with my order history, but no place to enter a support ticket. Even the thinkupthemes.com/docs/ URL in your screenshot doesn’t take me to the support page.

    Thank you very much! I had tried this earlier but the static home page setting took away the slider and the featured content.

    I created a new page named “Home” and made that my Front Page, and then all the front page assets like the slider and the Featured Content blocks were all in place.

    Follow up questions-
    Am I able to change the footer background color in the Free Version? Or can I only do that in Pro?
    I would also like to change the initial color of the links in the Navigation. I like the onHover color, but would be interested to know how to change the initial color if that is an option in the free version.
