Thank you for your response. We are able to replicate the off-screen field-related issue using the information you have provided. We are currently looking into the issue and will fix it in upcoming releases.
Related to the <code >tag issue, it seems a bit strange since the plugin doesn’t wrap the form inside the
tag when showing it on the front end. Can you please let us know the steps that you are following to add the form?

Thank you for contacting us. We have added our response to your queries as follows
is it possible, that a user is just unsubscribing from one list he is added to and not for all at the same time?
— On the Icegram Express –> Settings –> General page, there is an option Allow user to select list(s) while unsubscribe. When this option is enabled, subscribers can select lists from which they want to unsubscribe. This feature is available in the Pro version. You can find more about it from here
Something like the normal unsubscribe link which is added to the footer of each notification but named with “Unsubscribe from list X”
— Currently adding unsubscribe links for individual lists won’t be possible but subscribers will get an option to unsubscribe from a specific list while

Thank you for sharing more information related to the issue.
The issue seems a bit strange since emails should be logged. We suspect there might be some issue with some other plugin or theme. Performing a conflict test will be helpful in ruling out this possibility.
Will it be possible for you to perform a conflict test on your site? You may need to temporarily disable all other plugins except the Email Subscribers plugin and switch to a default WordPress theme.
We recommend doing the troubleshooting using the Health Check plugin which disables all the plugins and switches the current theme to the default theme only for the current logged-in user when troubleshooting mode is enabled. It does not affect other users or site visitors. You can get the Health Check plugin from here. After enabling the troubleshooting mode in Health Check plugin, activate the Email Subscribers plugin, and check if the issue is resolved or not.
If it is resolved, then you can activate plugins one by one or switch to the current theme and check which is causing the issue.
If the issue persists with only Email Subscribers active, do let us know if this is the case. We may then need to debug it further.

why is there a field that has an absolute position off screen?
— This is a honeypot field that is used in protecting forms against bot attacks. Since this field is only for bots, it is set off-screen so that site’s normal users don’t feel it.
And why is there a tag wrapped around the form?
— We checked this issue on our end but could not replicate it. Also by default, the plugin doesn’t wrap the form inside
<code class="es-code">

Emails are send from an emailadress @domain2.com which are not the same of domain.com where this installation is. This was for years so and always working but for now not any more?
— Using a different domain might sometime causes delivery-related issues but since it was working fine before, this shouldn’t be the case here. We need to debug it further to find the issue.
The plugin keeps a log of email-sending errors. Can you please check the error log for any errors on your site?
You can find the Email sending log in the wp-content/uploads/ig-logs/ folder. Log files should be named ig_es_email_sending-<date>-<random-hash>.log. Date will be in the format years-months-days.
To access the files, you can use FTP or any File Manager plugin if you prefer.

Thank you for your response. We have checked the screenshot but it looks like the error isn’t getting shown while sending the test email.
To debug the issue further, can you please let us know if you are using any SMTP plugin to send the email? If this is the case, then can you please also check if the test email is going from the SMTP plugin’s settings as well?

We have checked this issue on our end but couldn’t replicate it. Emails are being sent as expected.
