Just to confirm, does the discount starts right from the first quantity of the products?
A strikeout in the product pages will be shown only when the condition matches.Are you trying to show the least priced variant’s discount value without a range?

This code snippet will allow visitors to remove it from the cart if they do not want to purchase it and will not re-add the item again on the same cart.

We do provide external customization as a code snippet that can be added to your site when you are using this type of rule, to use the close option to remove the auto-added product.

First-order discount in the plugin usually checks the email address or the logged-in account if they have any previous orders on the site. If there are no previous orders, then the discount will be applied.
Here is a guide on how it works:

Yes, that is possible.
Here is the step by step configuration :?1)Go to Woocommerce -> Coupons, and create your coupon code.
2)Set the percentage discount to 0 value.
3)In Usage Limits, set the usage limit to 1 time per user.
4) Then you can use this coupon code in the Discount rules plugin and create your discount rules:?

We are so sorry, that our plugin will not notify users through emails based on their purchase history.
Also based on number of quantities in the previous purchases can only be checked if it is for specific product.
Purchase history based discounts have this following conditions to check:
1) First order
2) Last order amount
3) Last order
4) Number of orders made with the following products
5) Number of orders made
6) Number of quantities made with the following products
