Last time I disabled a plug-in the site crashed completely. If I change to a default theme, will I be able to restore the site as it was or will I have to completely rebuild it anew?

Hi again, I found the error in debug.log, thanks for the articles. It comes down to a plugin I had disabled in order to try to weed out which one was giving me problems… this is the error :

Now how would I go about fixing this?

How do I enable wp debug? I am currently working through a trouble shooting guide now but I don’t currently have access to FTP credentials. Is this absolutely necessary to have?
