@jmcelhaney thanks. My plugins were completely up to date when our spam issue happened. However I was using V3 of reCaptcha. I am not sure my client wants to use V2. I am waiting for their response. Is @jakept code needed for V2? And Justin – why does Ninja forms have an option for Visible or Hidden on the reCaptcha field if it does not support V3?

My clients site had the same problem as well. This is the 3rd time. This time I deployed conditional logic to not send emails or store submission if one of the fields contains the word “PHARMACY”. Which will work until that word in no longer in the message.

I contacted Ninja forms and they told me their plugin does not support reCaptcha V3 which is what we are using. Which I find odd as …

a) Why were the V3 site & secret keys accepted in our Ninja Forms settings?

b) Why when I add reCaptcha to a form is there a setting for “Visibility” – which I assumed was related to the V3’s ability to display the reCaptcha badge in the bottom of right of the web site – which is what it does – further implying it does have functionality for V3 (as I am almost certain V2 does not support)

c) why does NinjaForms think that the latest version of the plugin plus reCaptcha V2 is all we need when I assume you folks here have done that. If that was the case the fix from Jacob Peattie (@jakept) would not be necessary.

Ashok – thank you for your reply. I just tried installing the eShipper plugin on another site that does not use your plugin and I experienced the same problem. So I am confident it has nothing to do with your plugin. Thank you for taking the time to explore this issue!

Sorry – that link will not show the custom fields because my client asked me to temporarily deactivate your plugin until it is working correctly.

Our issue was resolved when we attempted to create a NEW calendar. That calendar worked and allowed us to save changes.

I would like to see this an an option as well. It would be very useful (example: 1. person chooses custom engraving, then field appears to provide text input for engraving; 2. person chooses an option to say that product is a gift, then field appears to provide recipients name)

Unfortunately, the plugin developer does not seem to be replying to many of the support posts here. I wonder if they got your request?

I am using – SMART VARIATIONS IMAGES 3.1.8.11
And I just hit the “Reset Section” button. Which also de-actiavted SVI. So I then activated. This did not resolve the problems I mentioned.

The Magnifyer you are referring to is the hover magnifier. That is different than what I was asking about actually. I like the clickable image that opens the pop-over gallery with thumbnails. But when you hover over the main image – the cursor change to a hand – but it isn’t overtly clear that by clicking the main image a larger image will display. So a lot of themes use a PLUS sign or a magnifying glass icon to help you realize that a bigger image is available to view by clicking on the main picture.
