Hawaiipp I have a question. You said if I cannot login to WordPress that I will need to ftp into the account and delete the plugins? How do I go about that? Can you give me some steps in doing this?
I have left out that my friend who is admin of the website she has https://www.roleplaybox.com has submitted a ticket on this but this has not been fixed. Please help.
