Ok update to the ticket.

It’s not all products – and its not just not showing on the page – it has disappeared from the back end too – but only from some products – as has their category. No idea what has happened. I have backups – but which bit do i restore to get my products back???

I just tried with Storefront and I get the same issue – works with simple products but not variable???

Very strange. Any other ideas?

Extra info: I have tried to view the order via this link (replacing words as necessary!) https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=ORDER_NUMBER&action=edit and I can’t even view it that way either:

Customer paid by PayPal and I have the order confirmation emails, the order only disappeared after I tried to mark it as ‘shipped.
