OK, so I assume from what you say that you used this guide to implement GTM with our Wizard: https://complianz.io/google-tag-manager-for-wordpress-plugin-gtm4wp-set-up/

And after doing so, did you disable the way you implemented GTM before you used Complianz?

I have checked your site and I do see a cookiebanner https://snipboard.io/0wYxJc.jpg

The expected reason for this is that you have the setting “Respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings in browsers” enabled under Complianz > Wizard > General > “Security and Consent”, and that your browser most-likely sends such a Do Not Track signal (which many browsers do by default these days). This results in Complianz assuming that you wish to “deny” all cookies, and therefore does not display the Cookie Banner. Disabling the DNT setting in Complianz, or disabling the DNT setting in your browser will resolve this.

Yes, but did not help. i found instead another way und blocked manually following url “googlesyndication.com” – seems to be a good solution.

Do I understand correctly that the issue is solved this way?

Yes, Cleantalk does use cookies that you can include in your Cookiepolicy. I would suggest going to the Wizard > Consent > Cookie scan. After scanning for the new cookies, you can save them, and they will be included in the Cookiepolicy.

From what I understand on the Cleantalk website, you can influence the use of cookies in their settings as well: https://cleantalk.org/help/set-cookies-option.
