Could you try going to Complianz > Wizard > Consent > Services? Make sure Google RECAPTCHA is selected as a third party here and then go to “Do you want to block reCAPTCHA before consent, and when consent is revoked?” and answers this with no.

When you go to Complianz > Cookie banner > General > Manage consent display options, you see a dropdown menu. Here you can choose to ” Hide everywhere”.
This option should do it!
