Can you check if all translation files are up to date by checking at Dashboard > Updates > Translations? If so, make sure that the translation files for both WordPress and Complianz are properly installed. You can verify this by checking the “wp-content/languages” directory for the Czech language files. If they are missing, you can to reinstall our plugin.

I see that the rest of the document has white text as well, but because of the black background this is easily readable. You could use this CSS to change the background color of these sections as well:
