  • Have to conquer with Daj. Move this up the ladder to corporate, but it’s extremely clear that Printful doesn’t care about its (independent) wordpress users. I’ve waded through many reddit posts, articles, and comments over the last 2 weeks – reading that Printful was on point with the major woo update regarding legacy API, etc. Obviously not the case, (as mentioned above). 6 months converts into years in this environment. Won’t get into the vulnerability issues we have to put ourselves in to rollback to WP 6.4.1 and Woo 8.2.2. And, the conflicts it causes with other plugins (who make it a priority to stay up-to-date). It’s truly unacceptable.

Worse, it’s the blatant lack of support/concern from the Platform (which is closed the entire weekend and after hours – unheard of in 2024 for any large company). After 100+ hrs of disabling plugins, changing themes, ChatGPT, host chats, updating elements, endless attempts pushing product, researching online, extending max times, upload size, and memory – the only response from chat is “Do the URLS match”, followed by “It’s a server side issue, you need to contact your host”. Every single time.

I’ve rebuilt my entire site 3 times (fresh database, etc) thinking that the problem had to be that my hosting wasn’t good enough, that things weren’t UP TO DATE enough, or something corrupt. When in fact I was making it worse. I was too updated. Also, managed to lose the content of my entire Printful store (300+ products). That just vanished the moment I connected to Printful. So…………that works. :/

I could go on forever, but it’s just my own sad problem to sort out.
Printful needs to SLOW it’s roll. Seems it’s putting a lot of effort into Amazon, TikTok, ETSY, and Shopify, and leaving it’s lowly WP users in the mire. It’s BAD business. You want to be building LOYALTY!!
WordPress users are loyal by default. You know who isn’t? Those who use all the platforms mentioned above. They’ll switch providers on a whim (and take all their customers/profits with them). Printify is already the go-to cuz the profit margins are better (and that’s all these sellers care about). Printful is running after trends and ignoring the (solid) foundation of things.

UPDATE THE PLUGIN for God’s sake! Pull resources off the other platforms and make this a priority.
There’s no (legitimate) excuse for this.

    Yes,
It’s coming from the Astra theme. Switched over to ‘Storefront’ and everything is nice and crisp. Thank you very much for the guidance. I had played with deactivating plugins but was avoiding the theme.

Brilliant plugin – 5 stars. Big help. Thanks again, sincerely.

Okay. Realized that the (pre)set attributes were coming from woocommerce listings.
listing > variations > default values. Changed them all to “no default”. Obviously pulling from Printful – although weird it’s only on random products. Fixed all of that, BUT…..

Product thumbnails (shop/archive) still turning blurry when an attribute is picked.
I guess if I don’t get any response here I’ll have to turn off swatches for shop/archive page(s). Boo :/

Realized that for the thumbs that are loading blurry – they are loading with some sort of pre-set attributes. why would this be? Random products already have a color and size highlighted. And, the plugin is not pulling the ‘featured’ image from the listing. It does for a second (on load), then switches itself to some random set of attributes (but it’s the same attributes every time I reload). It doesn’t change.

    any ideas? thx

Yes, crypto payment would be nice (especially for donations).

I’m using Bridge as well and I’ve tried disabling and removing fields but they’re still showing up. Also cleared cache. Is there a fix for this? Thanks.

All I did was remove address, state, country, etc. since my products are digital.
