My webhost is me. ?? I’ve got Tomcat running on a Linux server, which I’ve installed WP3.7.1. My “manager” doesn’t exist, but I have root access. ??

Tried that. Gives the same thing. .htaccess is not going to be useful in a Tomcat environment, however.
When I execute ‘php index.php’ from the command-line on the server, I get:

I don’t see any redirects in there, so there must be something I’m missing. Anybody have any ideas?
