    Hi Mia,

    I’ve logged into wordfence.com but there is no link for the configuration tab and so I am not able to find that gear icon you mentioned. Can you link directly to that page please?

    I have left it as a review because I’m not able to use my website at all, meaning I am losing money because of this and it is a review of the service using your plugin. If I was able to resolve this in a quick time, without paying over $500, I would’ve left a positive review. As it stands, it has been over 24 hours since I have been receiving the ‘HTTP ERROR 500’ and still no progress has been made following your steps above. If I am able to get this resolved with your support I would happily leave a positive review.
