I know they are different- and I know that I am on wp.org

My domain is with wp.com though and their password retrieval system doesn’t work.

I have contacted their account recovery team multiple ways (phone message, various emails) to no avail. My domain name expire TOMORROW and I don’t know what else I can do?

I AM SO DESPERATE- please, surely some of the wp.org users started on wp.com??? Please, does anyone have any ideas???

I just checked, and after bulk smushing about 15 times (each time getting the 405 error) the plug-in has successfuly smushed 23 pages of images in my library. Do I just keep trying it?

Just tried again and got “405 Not Allowed nginx/1.6.1” after about a minute.

Can anyone help?

Maybe is there a plug=in to allow me to have more categories in my menu?

You can see at the top, I used to have the menu running across the entire top of my header.

I have looked in both php.ini and .htaccess and it is not there.

Does anyone else know what I can do? My menu will only let me have 3 categories- it has REMOVED my other menu tabs and won’t let me add more (it won’t even let me restore what I used to have).

I did just do an update (after having the problem, to see if it would solve it).

I did remove many plug-ins.

Please help.

Please, please I am begging someone to help me. Yesterday I was able to restore only half of my top menu, and overnight it reverted again. I have no idea what is going on? Am I being hacked? Is this a glitch? What can I do? Please, please help!

?? I am at a loss. I don’t understand what is going on??? What my dashboard shows as the menu is not appearing on my homepage, top menu. Please, please help! I have hidden pages that should not be available to the public.

If I switch themes…? That makes me nervous. Would I lose anything on my site if I switch themes? Doesn;t that change things?

Is it possible to have too many plug-ins? I have a lot. Is that bad?

Yes we have chatted before! (meaning, yes you have saved me before). So to do a back-up…. this might be a dumb question. I scanned through the article you sent. So doing a back-up- does that mean I am copying and pasting something into word and then saving it onto my computer? Is there a way to just click on a plugin and let it do a back-up for me?

OK… I don’t even know what this means:). I am really UN-knowledgeable about this. I don’t know if any themes have been modified? Somebody set this up for me and then offhandedly told me something about a child theme. Should I update and see if anything has changed and then is there a way to go back and fix things? I don’t even know what css or php means (it’s ok to laugh at me:).
