Actually i need, when i add something or delete ( any update ) anything in my first site then it will be automatically update in 2nd site. Possible ?

Ok, when i put the social code above header then it effect the menus.
In the menu bar an extra menu is added with last icon anchor link.
I have just do it for you. Please check my site and see the changes and problems.

You can easily do it by MS-Word 2007 .
Their is an option to directly publish your post from WORD to wordpress or many others blog platform.
I just write post in WORD and save it. When i wanna publish i just publish it from WORD to wordpress blog.
