Thanks anyways for trying. I have a workaround figured out for now. I’ll keep my eye out to see if you fix this with future updates, but if not I’ll probably have to look into using something other than Constant Contact for the long run.

I tried your “edit & save” suggestion, still the same error.

The most recent update of your plugin was on January 3. It seems very much like if it is a conflict with an updated plugin, that the conflict would be with one I updated on the day the issue began to occur. I updated 5 plugins that day. One was BuddyPress, and one was a shortcode plugin related to BuddyPress. That area of my site is still in development, so I temporarily deactivated both plugins, same result. The other 3 plugins are WP Forms, Google Analytics by Monster Insights, and a plugin called WP Control that I use to manage my site’s cron jobs. Since I’m actively using all 3 of those plugins I don’t want to disable them for a test. It seems pretty unlikely to me that WP Forms or Google Analytics would cause the issue. WP Control feels a little bit more likely to be causing the trouble, but switching to MailChimp sounds less annoying and time consuming than trying to re-work the management of my cron jobs. I’m open to any other ideas you have based on this info but I really need to figure something out soon.

Thank for the lightning fast response! I just updated to version 4.8 today, probably a few hours before installing your plugin. My apologies for assuming that you had not considered this already!

I just received my first new order since updating the plugin, and the data is not displayed in the admin order view page in the Custom Fields section. This is not resolved.

I downloaded the new version of the plugin and replaced my old files. The data from my past orders is not being displayed, can I assume that it will work now, but only for future orders and that all my previous data is simply lost and irrecoverable?

any help?
