In my search, I could not trace a ticket that you opened with us, can you confirm if you worked with us via ticket or any other forum? It would also be nice to know if you are a Elementor Pro User?
Just want to help you understand that only our Pro users have dedicated support mediums and for non pro users, there is community and forums for help.
