Nope no luck, even with the code you supply using the flags, when i switch to english it seems to change every href pointing to the site root to https://*link*/?lang=en instead of changing the parameter /ES/ even though i’ve configured the plugin to prepath mode.

I dont use a menu on my theme, I might try the widget. Isn’t there another way that I could generate a link to each languaje?.
