1. The page that I want to select for index (from dropdown in the Settings) is not shown. What am I missing, or how do I make it so a particular page shows in the index dropdown select page from Settings.

If you select a page for index listing, it will show on ‘breadcrumb’ only. Also, a small reminder, did you place a shortcode [dwkb] into an index page?

2. I have an jquery conflict (I think). The error shows as “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘length’ of undefined”.

One of another way to adding support for accessing Knowledge Base articles with limited permission is using Paid Member Subscriptions or WP-Members plugin which I tested and it works.
