here is the step i trying to follow

Hi James

1. I export some of my product into CSV file
2.Convert CSV file into Excel and I add more products into file then convert back to CSV.
3. Trying to import that CSV into Woo.
4. It show error: “I am sorry, you can only upload image files in the formats .GIF, .JPG, .PNG, .WEBP, .SVG”

It’s working, I unpack the file and then upload it via FTP as you say.

BTW, i don’t use nay WP security plugin, perhap the server configuration.
