I have an issue with menu that I need help, but I hather prefer to open a new topic to ask for help.

But, I don’t find the button to open a new topic here on this forum, where I find the button for new topics?

I’m sorry, I’m posting on this topic to ask “HOW TO CREATE A NEW TOPIC” I didn’t find a button, this community is the best I found about wordpress though, so please, just show me how to create a new topic and then you can delete this message.
