Hi Yuval,
The plugin is still enabled on the website. Could it be conflicting with our theme, or the Coming Soon plugin we’re using (CMP – Coming Soon & Maintenance Plugin)?
Hey Ales,
I removed the Googletagmanager code and unfortunately still don’t see events populating on Google Analytics – using the code you had suggested.
I also tried tracking a click event using a different WordPress plugin, called WP Google Analytics Events but it still did not register any events.
Is it possible that something within the CMP plugin is blocking GA events from being tracked? Trying to figure out a process of elimination to solve this issue.
Appreciate your continued assistance.
Hey Ales,
Thanks for the help. So I entered the code into that section when I posted the previous reply. We have had some people sign up using the form since then, but Google Analytics is still not recording any events. I have changed the date filter and tried refreshing multiple times.
The code is visible when you inspect source but looks like it still isn’t recording an Analytics event.
What else do you recommend trying?

Hi Ales,
Thanks for the code. I’m not able to find a custom analytics option. Where do I find the Custom Analytics setting? Is it within the CMB plugin?
Thank you for fixing this! The option to add a mobile-specific image is very helpful.
Thanks for the quick response, Ales.
Problem 1: It looks like the media settings in WordPress are already set to ‘Large’. We implemented the solution recommended on this post and this has improved the quality of the background image on desktop but we continue to get a blurry image on iPad and Mobile. Can you test on your mobile device and check it out as well pls?
Problem 2: We tried your recommended fix but didn’t implement it because of the white background it showed when the image was moved. Since our background image has a gradient on it, even changing it to a black background didn’t work too well. The goal was to simply shift the viewport to another section of the image (since the image is much larger than what the viewport is actually showing). Not sure if that makes sense but the idea is to have the copyright footer show up below the glow in the background image and also eliminate the vertical scroll on mobile.
Appreciate the help.
