Just one problem, when I add that code to my wp-config.php file, it breaks my site and I get an error.

That is actually the plugin I am using…. with SendinBlue set as the mailer.

Hello, it turns out this is a conflict with Sendinblue, which I use to handle my SMTP transactional emails sent from the site.
They said “After further investigating, the Technical team has informed me that the link redirection seems not to be a Sendinblue issue, as you are using a third party plugin to send password reset emails which creates conflict with our plugin.
Please disable that plugin and try again with the different plugin which is only used to trigger the password reset email from the Sendinblue plugin.”

However, I really like Ultimate Member and do not want to change plugins. Any suggestions? If not, can you suggest a SMTP handler that won’t conflict with your plugin?

I did contact my hosting service today and ensure that the password reset page was excluded from any server side caching, but it did not seem to fix the issue.

Hi, Yes I think I mostly solved it. It turned out to be issues with image optimization and caching plugins. I still have some problems with the watermark occasionally not showing up, but it is generally working very well now. thanks!

Thanks Jory, I opened a new ticket and you answered yesterday! I did not realize that with the newest Gutenburg blocks themes Genesis is not including the column classes anymore since on pages and posts you use the block columns. Once I got them added in it worked!

Hi, I found this thread while trying to figure out why this plugin is not working with my Navigation Pro theme. I had the ’email encoder plugin’ installed and running before I installed this plugin. When I found this thread saying it conflicts I removed that plugin, however it is still not working. The widget areas stack on top of eachother instead of going into columns.
I am doing this in the Above Footer CTA widget area in the Navigation Pro theme.
