Composer is a great tool but unfortunately it’s not part of the WordPress coding standards. So there is no chance that all developers will follow this.

Usually developers (includig us) use alternative methods to resolve conflicts with third party libraries like class_exists(), namespaces, etc.

If an error occurs in the GeotargetingWP code, then they must fix it on their side. Because you can’t expect all developers to use composer or whatever tool you like to use.
