In reply to: [CDN Enabler] Please don’t use this plugin and their CDN servicesPlease note that CDN Enabler is only creating a rewrite of the URL while is is installed. Deactivating the CDN Enabler plugin will remove the CDN URL rewrite. However, it is possible that it gets cached by a caching pluign. So please make sure to purge any caches in your WordPress site.

Please check the new release v2.0.7.
I suggest to check the chart sets (php, web server). We recommend to use utf8.
