Are you sure it is not a hickup on GTMetrix, I tested the site myself, speed is fine. Tested on Pingdom and the loading time seems normal ( 2.3 seconds )

Do you have a staging environment where you can test this?
Or are you able to try it for the plugins that are not security/spam/necessary? You can put your site in quick maintenance mode to do this so your visitors dont get errors.

The plugin will create automatically a page with the form for access request. You can also put this on any page you want with [REQ_CRED_FORM].

When users fill in this form they will receive an email with a secure link to their personal data. Here they can select data and click on delete request.
