Ok, it would be cool to add multiple checkboxes (choose one or more answers from the different proposed proposal) with the possibility to display or not the results of each box. Apart from that your plugin is great.

Ok thank you, I also wanted to know if it is possible to display the result of checkboxes (only those that are checked) on the comment page ? Since on the form that I created, I have a checkbox (we recommend) and I would like to display it when it is checked.
