Hi there,
I sent the first log file on the 31/07/2012. I received a reply email stating the following:
“Please find attached an updated tracing version. It has a few extra log entries. We’ve narrowed the problem down to an empty table, and this one will try to work out why that table is empty when it shouldn’t be. Just uninstall and delete and install this one and do the same again.
Thanks for helping us progress with the issue, we’re close to finding the root cause.”
And I replied to this email with the new log file on the 01/08/2012 and haven’t received any updates since.
Did you receive the email sent at the beginning of this month?
I’m running PHP 5.3.13 on Windows Server 2008R2, with IIS7.5
Thank you.

Hi there,
I tried removing the plugin and then re-installing it without success.
I also tried removing the plugin, restarting the server and re-installing etc. but it still gives me the same error.
Is there anything simple I may have missed?
I am running this blog on Windows Server 2008 R2 (if it makes any difference).
Thank you for your help.
Hi there,
Thank you. I was looking in the widget.php thinking that was the file controlling the widget. Thank you for pointing me to the right file.
Everything works as expected.
Thank you soo much ??
Thank you. I don’t understand how I missed that. To be honest I feel pretty stupid now.
Thank you for your help.
Btw, is there a way of customising the widget? I want to change some text (like the one in the subscribe2 textbox).
Thank you very much.
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Subscribe2 - Form, Email Subscribers & Newsletters] Subscribe2 Email NameI have tried this and I realized that I didn’t specify the name for the eMail account. Basically I logged into the email address and specified a name there and it seems to work fine now.
Thank you.
Hi there,
Thank you for your help. I have managed to get it to work.
You were right about using the div tags. I tried adding the div tags in and IIS gave me a 500:Internal Server error.
But to get around that I just removed the div tags and styled using the list (widget-container).
Thank you once again. ??
I just tried removing all the widgets and yes it works like you said ??
Thanks for the link. I’ll go over the stuff and make the appropriate changes. If there are any problems I’ll update the post.
Thank you. Your help is much appreciated.
Ok I understand. So how would I be able to add the custom styling to ‘real widgets’?
I’m a newbie and I’m just getting started with all this programming so please bear with me ??
Thank you for your reply. Here’s the code used in sidebar.php that worked before I re-installed wordpress.
I appreciate your help.
@frumph: Thank you. I’ll give it a shot later and tell you how it’s going.
@alchymyth: Yes. I hard-coded the code into sidebar.php. And the only widgets that I’m using at the moment are ‘Search’, ‘Archieves’ & ‘Meta’. And at the moment there is no styling. The main site is : enfieldsdachurch.com and the blog is at https://www.blog.enfieldsdachurch.com. (Please note that the server is down between 11pm and 8am UK time)
