I have exactly the same problem. Some transactional emails (Processing Order and Order Completed) are sent with the right subject but the body of the email only contains :

—-_SiB XXXXX -Part_1–

Wordpress : 5.5.3
Woocommerce : 4.7.0
Newsletter, SMTP, Email marketing and Subscribe forms by Sendinblue : 3.0.9
WooCommerce Sendinblue Newsletter Subscription : 2.0.3

Any idea ?

Issue was introduced on 1.1.4 version.
I downgrade to the 1.1.3, thanks to an old backup, and it works.

Same problem for me.
This issue concerns child pages as :

PAGE (OK)
– SUB-PAGE (OK)
— SUB-SUB-PAG (KO)
– SUB-PAGE (OK)
— SUB-SUB-PAG (KO)
— SUB-SUB-PAG (KO)

I think this issue was due to Pinterest.
