Is there another way to insert the form apart from using the shortcode? When I enter text, it aligns normally, but for your plugin, it just goes to the edge of the screen.

A lot of themes nowadays use Visual Composer, so you may want to take a look at how your plugin works with that.

Ok, I have contacted using that form. I have tried to upload again using that form and I was greeted with the same message. Will I hear from the support team today?
