Halp please.

I want the banner image to be a clickable link to the home page. I would like to make a proper header, using the banner image I have made.

Sorry if I was unclear. If this still doesn’t make sense, I can make an HTML mock-up.

WOW, what an unreasonably difficult process. Anyway, I wasn’t having any problems with WordPress or their software. All of the problems were with 1and1 and the hosting package change. Everything is up and working now from what I can tell. Thank you for all the help.

If you can afford better than 1and1, please go elsewhere!

A 404 on the phpinfo file as well. I’m guessing the 1and1.com noobs are done setting my account up yet even though it’s been about 30 hours.
