Im needing ALL levels to get a snippet of info for posts in each category.

The method you suggested blocks Bronze members from even seeing what resources are available in SILVER and Gold.

Elegant Themes say:

We can’t be familiar with all the 3rd party plugins, our themes are fully compatible with the latest wp versions and we don’t use any custom functions or things that may prevent 3rd party plugins, you can send the developer a test account to check the theme.

VideoUserManuals is there anything we can do to allow you to investigate this problem with white label cms and elegant themes?

The difficult thing is that you are both pointing to each other to supply support.

For the information of the plugin developer – hopefully you look at this – we have not updated/changed most of the themes but have updated to the latest version of White Label CMS.
Since updating the plugin, this issue has appeared.
We will post this issue in the Elegant Themes forum too.

So the issue is on the end of the theme not the plugin?
