They don’t want to regenerate the thumbnails. They want to stop the thumbnails being used while sending them to the customers.

When you are logged in, please check if there is any error on console of developer tools of your website.

Maybe some javascript is restricting you to while logged in. It might be some plugin conflict.

It seems you have the theme got customised or developed from scratch.

I think your theme is not compatible with the latest version of PhP on the new server hence you are getting all these warnings. You can also hide all the warnigns by setting the ‘WP_DEBUG’ to ‘FALSE’, but obviously it’s not standard practice.

Please try with different username and password if you have.

If you don’t have it, then please navigate yourself to the database and check if your username is present in the ‘wp_users’ table. The ‘wp_’ is the prefix you have chosen while installing wordpress.

Could you please let us know the list of plugins you updated?

If you have backup of the site before updating the plugins, please restore to the backup and try updating the plugin one by one and test the site.

Maybe some plugin is breaking down in the latest updated.

Also, you can try deactivating the plugins one by one and have a look.
