Basically the contact forms do not store any entries. These forms are used to trigger the emails on submission of a certain form on your wordpress site.

If you want to trigger the email as well as store the entries in wordpress dashboard then have a look at gravity forms plugin at below link:

I don’t think. I am sure it is from bbPress as the input classes are having ‘bbp’ as a prefix in them.

I did have a look at the registration form and I am finding it to be a form from bbPress only. We will need to check what username is being passed to be created?

If there is any updated available for bbPress, please check with that.
