I click on “fix”, and it says “Error fixed” but it seems not because the critical error is still appearing in the status.

The critical error is happening because updating is globally disabled with AUTOMATIC_UPDATER_DISABLED being true.

I read that this is done in the wp-config by the following line:

define( 'AUTOMATIC_UPDATER_DISABLED', true );

So I went to the wp-config.php file, and didn’t see that line.

Do I added but with false? Like the following:

define( 'AUTOMATIC_UPDATER_DISABLED', false );

?

I did the changes in the php.ini file of this site’s directory, and I noticed below a checkbox that says: “Apply changes to all sub-directories?”

Should I have checked that box?

I cleaned up the malicious code of many files, and it solved the scan issue.

Now my site get’s scanned, everything displayed a good mark but it found an undefined property (see image).

Is there something wrong with that?

Okay you were 99% right (figure of speech), I checked all my pages and there were no non-related Elementor plugins outdated, except one page (which has Companion see image) had non-related Elementor plugins that were outdate (see image).

How can we solve this for this particular page?

I changed the theme, and the problem persists.
