I am managing to get the filters working nicely but one question: My clients enter a date by which they require services, (often some time in the future and rarely the date they entered the data) . Can I filter them out once this date has passed? Thank you

You have to make separate pages for each form.

Scroll all the way down on the Forms Options page to where it says Style. At the bottom of this section it gives you the option of sizing the text boxes as well as the textarea box. For some reason the same number in each does not result in the same size box so you will have to experiment a bit.
