there is any way to make dropcap first letters in all posts in one time or I have to do it manually one by one?

Is there I need add same image in post content and in featured image or only featured image show in single post or not? currently my featured image not showing in content so I have added it manually in post and it is not showing well link in demo:

1. what is the exact size for featured image?
2. How to show social profile link?
3. Can I change color of the hyper link in content?
4. In your demo what font you have used for content?
5. How I can show 468×60 adsense ad in header left side?
6. How I can add more sharing buttons in sharing option?

I think you need to use Regenerate Thumbnails plugin to crop image size automatically. it is recommended plugin from Hueman theme.
